The building was quite old and very hot.
Clearly it would be difficult and costly to install air conditioning, however some kind of cold water fountain would have been good.

My care was great but one thing could be improved. The literature in the waiting area was VERY old. One magazine was dates 2017! I know this seems trivial but when you are waiting and a little anxious something decent to read would help if you have forgotten to bring something with you.
